Leaders For The Future
A nationally accredited and exciting programme, co-developed with SSAT, designed to develop leadership potential in Primary and Secondary school teachers at the early stages of their career.
This is your opportunity to develop your skills as a leader whilst delivering a whole-school initiative which could benefit your setting. The programme aims to enthuse teachers about leadership, developing the skills, knowledge and mind-sets necessary to increase impact beyond your own classroom.
At the end of the taught modules, and on completion of the project, there will be an opportunity to celebrate and share your project as well as learn from the ideas and experiences of like-minded colleagues. The programme is certificated by SSAT and provides routes to Masters level accreditation through the University of Nottingham as well as SSAT Lead Practitioner accreditation.
